# Voraussetzungen Netzwerk

Ist in Ihrem Netzwerk eine Firewall aktiv? Wenn ja, prüfen Sie bitte folgende Netzwerk-Voraussetzungen mit Ihrem Netzwerk-Administrator:

- Bitte den Port 443 in Richtung Internet freigeben – für die verschlüsselte Kommunikation ins Internet
