intelliDivide Nesting
The export settings (2) for the ZIP file can be accessed via the HOMAG menu (1).
The data stored in intelliDivide for each part can be assigned to one column (1) at a time. The preview (2) shows what the PNX file will look like after selecting an optimization (3) that has already been performed. The result can be downloaded for testing in the form of a PNX file (4) or ZIP file including all files (5).
The default settings can be restored if necessary.
A large number of information and files are required for the production of a nesting solution.
All these files are included in the ZIP file that is ready for export.
MPR
The MPR file contains the program required to execute a nesting plan. There is one file for each plan.PTX
The PTX file controls the warehouse and lists the plates that the warehouse should provide according to the required sequence of nesting plans.
PNX
The PNX file contains all the parts with the information needed for production and labeling.
CSV
The CSV file establishes the relationship between nesting plans or positions in them and the parts and resulting remainders.
In order to make it possible to export specific additional information, the options for configuring the ZIP export have been expanded.
It is possible to assign the data stored in intelliDivide to any part of a column in the PNX file. This also makes it possible to print this data on the part label at a later date.
