With the help of the HOMAG File Agent, board materials from woodStore can be imported very easily.
Your panels and scraps that you manage in woodStore are thus directly available in the materialManager, the central material management, and in the intelliDivide optimization software.
From woodStore, all material data – consisting of the material master, the stock of panels and remnants and the existing reservations – are imported into the materialManager. woodStore is the leading system in this regard. Changes you make in woodStore are synchronized in the materialManager. Changes to board materials from woodStore that you make in the materialManager will be overwritten during the next synchronization.
Configuration
First, the HOMAG File Agent must be installed and an authorization key generated. These steps are explained in the chapter Overview .
If you are already using the HOMAG File Agent (e.g. for processing confirmations from machines), please note the following note.
Note:
Only use an authorization key that you have generated within the materialManager in the HOMAG File Agent woodStore license. Only then will the materialManager Boards entry be available to you as a target.

Selecting the Target MaterialManager Board
Various configurations can be made in the HOMAG File Agent . In the context of importing board materials from woodStore, the following settings must be observed:

Selection of the Import via woodStore action (2)
SQL Server Authentication Selection (3)
Enter the SQL Server authentication of your woodStore SQL database by entering and selecting server, user, password and database (4)
Optional: Checking the database connection for functionality (5)
Start starts the import. (6)
Note:
After changes are made in the woodStore, the changed material data is written to the materialManager every minute.
Settings in the HOMAG File Agent
Click Add Directory to add more configurations .
Prerequisites
In order for the import of the board materials from woodStore to be carried out without errors, the following requirements must be met.
A current woodStore version 8 (2024) is required
Older woodStore 8 versions can be updated via service without modernization after installation effort. woodStore 8 has been available since 2021.
The versions woodStore 6 or 7 can be updated via a modernization. Please contact your sales partner for this.
