HOMAG's digital products simplify the processes from work preparation to production and beyond to assembly. Each product provides support in a very specific application. The networking of products with each other simplifies cooperation along the entire value chain. For example, the cutting assistant productionAssist Cutting reports the respective status of a part to the digital job folder, the productionManager. The productionManager uses the material management, the materialManager to query the material inventory. The cutting optimization intelliDivide  sends cutting plans directly to a saw or productionAssist Cutting.

Interfaces are available to enable the networking of HOMAG's digital products with other applications such as industry solutions, ERP and CAD/CAM systems. A steadily growing number of partners have already integrated these into their products. For example, it is possible to send an order directly from the smartWOP CAD/CAM system to the productionManager .

For easy exchange with the help of files (Excel, CSV, etc.)  the HOMAG File Agent can be used. This can monitor directories. For example, as soon as a parts list has been exported from an upstream system, it can be automatically imported into the productionManager or intelliDivide .

To make it easier to use optimization results from intelliDivide on machines without a tapio connection, you can transfer them to the appropriate directory on your machine. After sending an optimization solution from intelliDivide, the HOMAG File Agent takes care of the automatic transfer to the correct directory – there is no need to manually download, move and, if necessary, unzip the files completely. 

The open HOMAG Connect interface enables the seamless integration of HOMAG applications into your existing business processes and systems such as ERP systems, industry solutions or merchandise management systems.
