Yield

Prev Next

The view Yield shows in a line graph the output for each machine per time interval (hour, day, week, month).

The key figure is defined as follows:

Output = Units Produced / Occupancy Time

Behind the units produced are typically "parts". In the case of automatic panel storage systems, "bearing movements" are counted and in the case of edge banding machines, "cycles" are counted, as a part can have several passes.

The occupancy time is the time the machine was switched on (e.g. 8 out of 24 hours).

This metric gives you a good idea of how many parts your machine has actually produced in the corresponding period.

Please note: If the machine is left on even though it is not in use, this will deteriorate the output/hour as the occupancy time (time on) will be longer. If you are not using the machine, press "Control voltage off" on the machine.

Trend arrow

The trend arrow summarizes the output of the entire period. He compares the left half of the period (e.g. the first 4 hours) with the right half (e.g. the last 4 hours).

Tendenz Ausbringung

Tendency to output

Depending on how the application has changed, the arrow shows the tendency.

The second half is 15% worse than the first half

Down arrow

The second half is relatively constant, i.e. less than +/- 15%

Arrow Straight

The second half is 15% better than the first half

Tooltip

By clicking on a data point, you will see the time and value at that time in a tooltip.
