New Hierarchy Level: Order Item Groups

productionManager and productionAssist now support Order Item Groups as an additional hierarchy level within orders. This makes it easier to structure complex orders by organizing related order items under a common Order Item Group.

To support this new structure, the new property “Order Item Group” has been introduced. This property indicates which Order Item Group an element belongs to. The value is automatically assigned to all customer order items (positions), assemblies, or production orders (parts) within the same Order Item Group.

The new hierarchy level and the associated property are available in various areas of productionManager and productionAssist. Users can display, search, and filter information by Order Item Group, making it easier to manage even complex order structures.

In addition, productionAssist Feedback allows complete Order Item Groups to be reported as finished in a single step. This eliminates the need to report back individual customer order items (positions), assemblies, or production orders (parts) separately, for example when completing a picking order at a shipping workstation.
