To get the most out of the Sorting Production Set, you need two apps: the "productionManager" (digital order folder) and the productionAssist Sorting (production assistant for sorting the components at the workstation in the workshop) as well as a sorting shelf. First, import your production data into the "productionManager".
During the production of your furniture, you now have all the necessary information for each component available in your digital order folder and always keep track of the status of all your orders.
After processing the individual parts, the productionAssist Sorting and the sorting rack support you in preparing the parts for the bench room. Simply scan the barcode on the workpiece and you will receive a suggestion in which shelf compartment the first part of the furniture should be sorted. Parts can be assigned manually or by scanning the compartment barcode (possible with scanner gloves). Then sort all finished parts systematically (according to order item/articles) on the shelf. The "productionAssist Sorting" app displays the sorted parts per article and compartment. At the same time , an LED display on the shelf supports sorting and removal.
If all parts of a piece of furniture are complete, this is confirmed by the LED display on the shelf. At the same time, you can display the missing parts for each order in the app at any time.
The result: You keep track of all parts and your furniture is optimally prepared for assembly in the bench room.
