For assembly, all components of a piece of furniture or an order item must be complete. In the "Remove" view, all components are listed that have been stored and are therefore available for assembly. The productionAssist Sorting app displays the sorted parts per item and compartment. At the same time, an LED display on the shelf supports removal.
Tip:
At the same time, you can display the missing parts for each order item in the app at any time. To do this, simply click on the row of a component.

Remove view.
To see at a glance which furniture is complete, the "Pick" view is grouped by sales order (1) and within a sales order by order lines (2). The bracket after a sales order or after an order item indicates how many components belong to each order – regardless of whether they have already been put away or not.
The sorting status (3) and the sorting count (4) indicate whether the storage is complete. If all components have been put away, the corresponding order item is given the status "Put-away".
Filter and sorting functions can be used to quickly find the right piece of furniture.

Overview of stored components per sales order and order item.
To start the removal process, first select a sales order, an order item or one or more components. The LEDs of the storage bins now light up blue and show you where the components are located.

Selection of components to be removed.
You can now remove part by part by scanning the QR code of each part with the connected Bluetooth scanner or tablet camera (1) or click the Remove item from stock button (2).
Tip:
You don't have to mark the components for removal, but can immediately scan the QR code of a component.

Options of withdrawal.
If you select the option Remove items from warehouse, you will be shown a list of all components to be removed. The storage location is listed for each component and the components can be removed individually via the Confirm button (1) or by scanning the QR code of a component. With the Confirm all parts button (2), all components are confirmed.

Removal of single or multiple components.
The list of components to be removed is reduced by the confirmed component. The remaining components remain listed.
