Color signals

In the HOMAG CUBE, an LED band has been integrated behind the HOMAG logo to indicate the current status of the HOMAG CUBE by means of different color signals.

Your HOMAG CUBE is ready for operation.

HOMAG CUBE starts

The HOMAG CUBE starts. This process can take 1-2 minutes. Wait briefly. At the end, the CUBE should light up blue.

Action necessary

logo: white // color signal: blue-flashing = information available

The CUBE works normally. However, there is information (e.g. "Firmware update available", "New device found",...). You can see what information is present if you enter the address my.homag.cloud in the browser on your PC and select your CUBE under "Shopfloor".
Alternatively, you can also find the corresponding information via diagnostics via the Internet or diagnostics in the local network.

General errors

The HOMAG CUBE is connected to the Internet - however, it must still be registered at my.tapio.one. Add the HOMAG CUBE via your app (e.g. productionAssist, materialAssist...) AND restart the HOMAG CUBE. Then check whether the HOMAG CUBE is present in your machine list at tapio. Then restart the HOMAG CUBE once again.
