First, make sure that the productionAssist license is correctly created in your tapio account. When optimizing in intelliDivide, you have to select productionAssist Cutting in the selection field for the machine. How does this work?

In order to use the cutting patterns in productionAssist Cutting on the saw, they must be optimized by intelliDivide and sent from there to the productionAssist Cutting app. Cutting patterns from Schnitt Profi(t) can therefore not be used directly, but must first be imported into intelliDivide and optimized there.

By switching from the cutting pattern view to the cutting list view (selecting the tab) you have the possibility to select each part, several parts or the entire cutting pattern. A button appears for printing the selected parts. The labels are then printed in one piece.

In the productionAssist configuration - after you have assigned the printer - you can choose between two different label layouts.

Optionally, it is possible to have HOMAG create an individual layout for you. This service is charged according to HOMAG guidelines at cost. Please contact your service company for this.

To make it as easy as possible for you to get started with the wizards, we print all the important information for production on a predefined label layout.

In principle, a printer can also be assigned to another app (=assistant app) at the same time. This can be set in the configuration dialog (gear wheel at the workstation in the app). Note, however, that the apps sometimes use different label formats.
