Occupancy time and Control Voltage
The reference period for all evaluations is the occupancy time. This is the time when the machine was switched on (e.g. 8 of 24 hours/day). The times when the machine was switched off are ignored in the key figures and in the graphical evaluations.
This means: If you select a period of several days or weeks, only the times in which the machine was switched on will be added.
The occupancy time is recorded as follows:
- If the main switch of the machine is off, the time is not counted as occupation time.
- If the "Control voltage on" switch is deactivated, or the traffic light on the machine screen is red, the time is not counted as occupation time either. If the control voltage is deactivated, the computer and the control system continue to run anyway and do not need to be restarted if work at the machine is to be continued.
If you are not using your machine, please switch off the control voltage. This saves electricity and gives you the correct and unaltered key figures in productionAnalyzer.
