In order to access a HOMAG app via the respective HOMAG Connect interface, you need a license on the one hand and the necessary authentication data, consisting of SubscriptionId (user name) and authorization key (password) on the other.
You can purchase the license in the tapio shop or add it to an existing license. It is already included in some apps. You can find more information on this on the license page of the respective app and under Subscribe to Interfaces & Options.
The SubscriptionId and permission key can be obtained by administrators as follows.
Log in to your Tapio account under https://my.tapio.one and open the app tile whose data you want to access via the HOMAG Connect interface.
The SubscriptionId used as the username can be copied from the URL displayed in the browser.
In the Add-ons section, the HOMAG Connect interface is displayed as a tile if it has been licensed.
Click Create Permission Key to add a new key.
Enter a descriptive description for your permission key so that you can easily identify the correct key later if you want to revoke it.
Copy the generated authorization key.
This is used as a password when connecting.
Note: Save the permission key in a safe place. This enables further access to the apps via the HOMAG Connect interface. This includes, among other things, the deletion of data.
