In the HOMAG , an LED strip has been integrated behind the HOMAG logo, which uses various color signals to indicate the current status of the HOMAG CUBE.

Logo: white // Color signal: blue-static = Connected and ready for use

Your HOMAG CUBE is ready for operation.

HOMAG CUBE launches

Logo: weiß // Farbsignal: weißer Kometenschweif = Startvorgang

Logo: white // Color signal: white comet's tail = launch process

Action necessary

Logo: weiß // Farbsignal: blau-blinkend = Information vorhanden

Logo: white // Color signal: flashing blue = information available

The CUBE works normally. However, there is information available (e.g. "Firmware update available", "New device was found",...). You will see what information is available when you enter the address my.homag.cloud in your browser on your PC and select your CUBE under "Shop floor".
Alternatively, you can also find the relevant information via diagnostics via the Internet or diagnostics in the local network.

General errors

Logo: weiß // Farbsignal: gelb-blinkend = HOMAG CUBE Fehler

Logo: white // Colour signal: flashing yellow = HOMAG CUBE error

Error in the HOMAG CUBE. The information available will be shown to you if you enter the address my.homag.cloud in your browser on your PC and select your CUBE under "Shop floor".

Logo: weiß // Farbsignal: weiß-blau blinkend = HOMAG CUBE Einrichtung

Logo: white // Colour signal: flashing white-blue = HOMAG CUBE Setup

The HOMAG CUBE is connected to the Internet – but it still has to be registered at my.tapio.one . Add the HOMAG CUBE via your app (e.g. productionAssist, materialAssist...) AND restart the HOMAG CUBE. Then check whether the HOMAG CUBE is available in your tapio machine list. Then restart the HOMAG CUBE again.

Problems with the Internet
