# No data

## No machines are displayed

If you don't see any machines in the app yet, please do the following:

1. First of all, check the [requirements](/v1/docs/en/mmr-mobile-kurz-erklaert-voraussetzungen) to see if your machine is compatible or can be retrofitted.
2. License: You need one [license](/v1/docs/en/mmr-mobile-kurz-erklaert-lizenzierung) per machine. In the [tapio shop](https://store.tapio.one) you can purchase licenses for the MMR Mobile.
3. [Register](/v1/docs/en/allgemeines-kurz-erklaert-maschinen-hinzufuegen) your machine at tapio.
4. [Assign the license](/v1/docs/en/allgemeines-kurz-erklaert-lizenzen-erwerben-und-zuweisen) in tapio to the appropriate machine.
5. Within 4 hours, your machine should be displayed on MMR Mobile.

## The machine shows "no data available"

A newly added machine

| Situation | Possible cause | Action |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **The machine has been newly added.** | It can take up to four hours for the data to appear. | Please check again later if the data is displayed. |
| **The machine does not display any data even after a long time.** | The machine is not connected to tapio correctly. | Try to access the machine with another app (e.g. machineBoard). |
| **The machine displays data in the machineBoard.** | The machine does not meet the requirements. | Please check the [requirements](/v1/docs/en/mmr-mobile-kurz-erklaert-voraussetzungen). |

## The data of the machines are not up-to-date

The data is always collected in small packets and then sent to the cloud to save data volume and thus relieve networks. As a rule, the time delay should not be longer than 1-2 hours.
