Graphical representation of the machining on the workpiece in woodMotion.
woodMotion simulates the work steps of the machine on the office PC and graphically displays the processing on the workpiece. This gives the programmer the opportunity to check all processing steps during work preparation and to detect possible collisions between tool and clamping device in advance. The simulation is based on a virtual machine with a real CNC core, which is controlled with the data of the respective customer machine.
In addition to performance increases, woodMotion 8 has many new functions in the graphics. For example, workpieces can now be decorated with a texture. This ensures photorealistic representations of workpiece surfaces and the inner material. The enclosure can also be shown in selected machine series, even semi-transparent.
The advantages at a glance:
Texture on surface and in middle layer
Better graphical models
Performanter
Reduction of malfunctions on the machine through testing in advance
Simulation software from HOMAG for virtual testing and visualization of CNC machining programs, with collision control and realistic representation of the machining processes before production.
