Detailed determination of the runtimes of editing programs in woodTime
WoodTime can be used to determine the processing time of a program. This way you know in advance how long a order on the CNC machine. In version 8, the running times of the individual steps are determined in detail and graphically displayed in a Gantt diagram. Furthermore, woodTime is now also available for PC87 machines available.
Due to the simulation focused on the determination of the times, the program is even faster than the graphical simulation woodMotion. Faults on the machine are also detected in advance. Like woodMotion, woodTime is also based on the CNC core of the machine.
The advantages at a glance:
Better planning of production possible
Detailed analysis of machining programs as a basis for optimizations
Reduction of malfunctions on the machine through testing in advance
Time simulation software from HOMAG for determining, analyzing, and optimizing the running times of CNC machining programs for precise production planning and higher process reliability.
An order is a customer's request for one or more products. It combines all related information such as order items, quantities, dates, and other order-related data and serves as the basis for subsequent planning and manufacturing processes.
PC87 (PowerControl 87) is HOMAG's CNC control platform for modern machining centers. It forms the basis for machine operation, program management, simulation and production planning.
Simulation software from HOMAG for virtual testing and visualization of CNC machining programs, with collision control and realistic representation of the machining processes before production.
