Overview of stock levels. All plates are sorted by age and type. The QR code can be used directly in the materialAssist to dispose of the plate.
Over time, plates, leftovers and ribbons accumulate in the camp that are no longer needed. At the end of the year, there is an opportunity to make room by disposing of slow sellers.
The only question is: What can be disposed of?
This is where the HOMAG Connect materialManager interface comes in, as it provides access to stock levels and can be used directly from Excel.
To make it even easier to access, we've created Excel templates. These can be found on the Material Data Evaluation page.
After logging in with the access data (see Evaluating data with Excel), the existing materials - plates and edges separately - are listed, sorted by age and last use of the respective type.
The stocks that are most likely to be disposed of are listed at the top.
By scanning the respective QR code in materialAssist, the slow sellers in the warehouse can be quickly found and disposed of.
