intelliDivide Cutting, materialManager

Im materialManager haben Sie im Bereich "Optimierung" die Möglichkeit, Materialgruppen für Optimierungsparameter für die maximale Pakethöhe anzulegen und entsprechende Parameter vorzugeben.

In the materialManager area, you have the option of creating material groups for optimization parameters for the maximum package height and specifying corresponding parameters.

Materialgruppen können auf der Grundlage von Materialeigenschaften gebildet werden.

Material groups can be formed based on material properties.

Bei schweren Materialien kann die maximale Pakethöhe begrenzt werden, um die Arbeit des Bedieners zu erleichtern.

For heavy materials, the maximum package height can be limited to facilitate the operator's work.

Bei empfindlichen oder mit Schutzfolie überzogenen Platten kann festgelegt werden, dass jede Platte einzeln zu bearbeiten ist.

In the case of sensitive panels or plates covered with protective film, it can be specified that each panel must be processed individually.

Bei Standardmaterialien kann die maximal zulässige Pakethöhe der Maschine voll ausgenutzt werden.

Damit die im materialManager vorgenommenen Einstellungen wirksam werden, muss diese Funktion in intelliDivide für die jeweilige Maschine aktiviert werden.

In order for the settings made in the materialManager to take effect, this function must be activated in intelliDivide for the respective machine.

In der Spalte "Pakethöhe" in der Registerkarte "Platten" wird die Materialgruppe jeweils pro Material angezeigt.

In the "Package Height" column in the "Plates" tab, the material group is displayed for each material.

From now on, parameters for the maximum package height can be stored in the materialManager in the optimization area, analogous to the leftovers that are used in intelliDivide , depending on the material. For this purpose, the materials are grouped according to their properties.

This grouping makes it possible to define a different maximum package height depending on the properties of a material.

For example, for sensitive materials, it can be specified that no packages are formed and that each panel is processed individually. For very heavy materials, the package height can be limited to facilitate the operator's work, while in the standard version, the maximum package height of the machine is fully utilized.

The possibilities of the machine are taken into account. For example, with a SAWTEQ S-320 flexTec or a table saw, each panel is processed individually, regardless of the settings.

This feature is license-dependent and included in intelliDivide Cutting Advanced/Premium.
