Material-dependent optimization parameters for offcuts

Im materialManager haben Sie im Bereich "Optimierung" die Möglichkeit, Materialgruppen für Optimierungsparameter für Reste anzulegen und entsprechende Parameter vorzugeben.

In the materialManager area, you have the option of creating material groups for optimization parameters for remnants and specifying corresponding parameters in the "Optimization" area.

Materialgruppen können auf der Grundlage von Materialeigenschaften gebildet werden.

Material groups can be formed based on material properties.

Für "Teure Materialien" kann die Erzeugung auch von kleinen Resten zugelassen werden.

For "expensive materials", the production of small residues can also be permitted.

Für "Günstiges Material" kann die Erzeugung von Resten komplett deaktiviert werden.

For "Cheap Material", the generation of leftovers can be completely deactivated.

Damit die im materialManager festgelegten Einstellungen wirksam werden, muss diese Funktion in intelliDivide für die jeweilige Maschine aktiviert werden.

In order for the settings defined in the materialManager to take effect, this function must be activated in intelliDivide for the respective machine.

Die Spalte "Reste" im Register "Platten" zeigt die Materialgruppe für jedes Material (2). Die Spalte kann über die Tabelleneinstellungen (1) hinzugefügt werden. Falls Anpassungen erforderlich sind, kann direkt zur Gruppe im materialManager navigiert werden (3).

The "Remainders" column in the "Slabs" tab shows the material group for each material (2). The column can be added via the table settings (1). If adjustments are necessary, you can navigate directly to the group in the materialManager (3).

From now on, parameters for residues that are used in intelliDivide can be stored in the materialManager in the Optimization area depending on the material. For this purpose, the materials are grouped together based on their properties.

This grouping makes it possible to set different minimum sizes for leftovers depending on the properties of a material. For example, in the case of cheap material, the formation of residues can be dispensed with, as the amount of action required is disproportionate to the material value. In the case of expensive material, on the other hand, the formation of very small residues can be allowed, as the additional effort is worthwhile here.

Efficiency is optimized through cost reduction and reduced effort.

The feature is available license-dependent and is included in intelliDivide Cutting Advanced / Premium and intelliDivide Nesting Advanced.

Currently, material-dependent optimization parameters can be set for leftovers. By the end of the year, this option will also be available for gate and stress relief.
