Your digital organization around panel cutting.

This is how the process in the workshop works.

Before working with the Cutting Production Set, please enable the associated apps, produce a holder for tablet and label printer. Now you're ready to get started!

Generate optimized cutting plans

Open the intelliDivide web app in your internet browser (we recommend the browsers "Microsoft Edge", "Google Chrome" or "Firefox"). Import the parts lists of your order from any program/system (CAD program, ERP system, Excel...). Alternatively, it is also possible to enter the BOM manually.

Start optimization in intelliDivide. You can choose from various optimization results (low material consumption, short machine running time or easy handling).

Choose your result according to your current needs.

Start cutting

Send the cutting plans to the productionAssist Cutting app with a single click. The data is now transferred to the app on the tablet on the saw.

Open the productionAssist Cutting on the tablet. Select the job you want. The cutting plans for this order are now displayed. 

Select a cutting plan and start cutting on the saw. 

Labeling parts

When cutting the parts, the productionAssist Cutting constantly gives you an accurate overview of the status of the cutting plan: Which parts have already been sawn?

At the same time, the app will give you a suggestion for the order in which you will cut it. However, you can determine your own approach to cutting by selecting any part.

By clicking the "Confirm and Print Label" button, the connected printer prints a label for each part, making each part uniquely identifiable, while at the same time providing the correct machining information for subsequent edge banding machines and CNC machining centers.
