CNC feedback and data handling
In productionManager, you can get part feedback from CNC machines, regardless of which CAD/CAM system you use. The required ID of the parts is entered directly into the MPR file in the comment macro for the CNC machine, if this information has not already been entered by your CAD/CAM system.
CNC feedback allows you to track the machining status of individual parts and ensure that all process steps have been completed correctly.
From productionManager Advanced onwards, this function is included.
Automatic transfer of CNC programs
You can automatically submit CNC programs to CNC machines of your choice as soon as a job is released.
You can configure which machine the programs are to be transferred to in the HOMAG File Agent using the Transfer MPRs to CNC Machine option.
