In productionManager and productionAssist, you can now see at a glance who has made a response at which workstation in productionAssist. In the "Feedback" tab, you will find the new column "From". In the case of manual feedback, the tapio user name of the respective employee is displayed here. Automated feedback - for example through the HOMAG File Agent or HOMAG Connect - is also recorded.
This allows you to quickly and easily trace the origin of each feedback. This makes troubleshooting easier and helps you make informed decisions for your production process.
