If a part has been selected or scanned whose number is greater than one, the number of parts to be reported can be adjusted with one click.
Alternatively, the number can be adjusted by scanning a separate QR code containing the number.
When a part has been selected or scanned, its total count is one, or it is the last remaining part, a green banner will appear to signal completion.
If a part has been selected or scanned, the total number of which has already been reported as complete, a warning is displayed. By clicking on "Report done" (1) or a new scan (2) of the part, an additional part is reported back.
If a part is scanned that has not yet been released to production or the release has been withdrawn, an error is displayed.
In the productionAssist feedback, various improvements have been made to simplify working with a handheld scanner.
Until now, certain feedback had to be given directly in the app on the tablet. Now, for example, the number of parts to be reported can be made by scanning a separate QR code - which contains the number of parts.
Colour-coded notes indicate special cases that must be checked on the tablet.
