Open the configuration of the confirmation workstation (1).
In the Worklist step, select (2) "Adjust Workplace-Related Filters in Expert Mode."
Specify the level at which the feedback should be given. Here: at level (3) "Sales Order Item".
From now on, you can individually define the level at which feedback is to be provided for each productionAssist Feedback workstation – for example, at the item, assembly or part level. For example, if you select the "Sales Order Line" level, a confirmation for the entire higher-level item is automatically generated when a part is scanned or reported to be completed via tablet. This means that you no longer have to report back on each part individually.
In short, it is always reported back at the level that you have set for the respective confirmation workstation. The level can be defined in the configuration of the confirmation workstation under "Worklist". Here you can filter the level you want with the help of the "Type" field. The following levels are available to you:
Sales Order Item (Item)
Assembly
Production Order (Component)
In the upper screen sequence, you can see how you can set the "Send" confirmation station to be reported back at item level.
