Job Status
With the help of the Order Status column, you can see at a glance whether, for example, an order is already in production. The following status values can be assumed by an order and a subordinate BOM item.
Status | Status color | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
New | Light blue | After creating or copying, a job is given a status of "New". |
Ready for production | Dark blue | After approval , an order is given the status "Ready for production". This allows the order including the corresponding parts list to be transferred to intelliDivide or is visible in productionAssist . |
In production | Light Green | After the start of production of a component, an order is given the status "In Production". |
Completed | Dark Green | After the end of production of all components, an order receives the status "Completed". |
Archived | Grey | After archiving, an order including the associated BOM is given the status "Archived". |
The New, Production-Ready, and Archived statuses are inherited from the job to all children.
The status values "In Production" and "Completed" are inherited from the subordinate BOM element, e.g. a component, to the parent element, e.g. an item, and to the order.
If, for example, a component of an order has been cropped on the Cutting Wizard , the component is given the status "In Production" and thus also the parent article and the order.
Tips:
If a job is "In Production" and in use with a cropping or nesting wizard, the associated productionAssist information must first be archived and deleted.
You can archive this job, and the associated productionAssist information is also archived.
If you have archived an order and want to re-produce this order or individual parts of it, e.g. for a post-production, simply copy the archived order.
