There are many useful functionalities integrated so that you don't spend more time than necessary on the inputs. For example, you can select the plate material (1) and the edge material (2) from a list.
Some columns (e.g. Material) support auto-complete, just type one or more letters and/or numbers of the label and the selection will be suggested accordingly.
In the event of missing or incorrect information, appropriate information (3) + (4) is displayed.
Tip:
If you press the Tab key in a cell, the content will be copied from the cell above it.
Editing the BOM
Often, the data is already available in an Excel spreadsheet. If you set up the Excel table to match the structure of the BOM, you can select and copy the data to be imported into the productionManager in the table (Ctrl+C) and paste it into the application as a whole. To do this, click on the index of the row from which the data is to be inserted. Then use the "Paste" function (Ctrl+V). Alternatively, the import (link) can be used. Of course, you can also enter individual data into the productionManager via copy & paste.
Tip:
By the way, the opposite way also works. Select the rows whose values you want to export. With CTRL+C, the data is transferred to the clipboard.
