When exporting a BOM, you have three options in productionManager Advanced : Send to intelliDivide, CSV Export for Cutting Optimization, and CSV BOM Export. For details on how to configure and activate the different variants, see the Export Settings section.
To export BOMs, first select the desired parts (1) in the BOM. If you do not make a selection, the entire BOM will be exported. If you have a corresponding license for intelliDivide, you can send the BOM directly to intelliDivide (2). If you do not have a license for intelliDivide, you will see the Export option for crop optimization as a suggestion. The three-dot menu takes you to the other options. The options that appear depend on which variants you have enabled in the export settings. On the one hand, you have the option of exporting a CSV file of the BOM via "Export for Cut Optimization" (3) to use it in a cut optimization other than intelliDivide. On the other hand, you have the option "Export BOM (4).

A CSV file will be generated according to your settings, which will be available to you for further use.

Exporting parts for cutting optimization or sending them to intelliDivide increases the planned number at BOM and order level. This allows you to see at a glance which and how many components you have already planned for cutting optimization.
If these components are to be exported again, a warning appears that they have already been scheduled or, if necessary, assigned to a lot. You can still continue exporting, which further increases the planned number accordingly.
