The lower the value in the "Remainder Valuation" field, the more likely it is that a remainder will be taken into account in the next optimization.
The leftovers that occur during the processing of an order in productionAssist Cutting can be registered directly in the materialManager. This has the advantage that they are immediately taken into account in the optimization of all subsequent orders.
With the help of the materialAssist Board , leftovers that are already available in the warehouse or have been created elsewhere can now be easily included in the administration.
Depending on the settings in intelliDivide, leftovers are preferred. This quickly reduces the stock of leftovers and saves the purchase of one or the other plate.
