In intelliDivide , in addition to the panels and scraps required for cutting, the need for edges is now available in the Material area. When calculating the edge length, a machining allowance of 40 mm per side is already taken into account.
In addition, the décor, height and thickness of each type are displayed if this information has been stored in the materialManager . This enables a simple optical check of plausibility. Input errors can be detected before problems occur in manufacturing.
When using the materialAssist Edge to manage the edgeband rolls, or materialAssist Boards for panels and scraps, additional information about the inventory is available.
If productionAssist cutting or nesting is also used, reservations for plates and remnants already made for previous optimizations are taken into account when calculating availability.
The comparison of demand and stock or availability helps to determine the order requirement for an order. Any material bottlenecks that may arise or exist can be detected at an early stage.
