Requirements for using the apps on a PC
To use it on your PC or laptop, all you need is an up-to-date browser and Internet access with a bandwidth of at least 16 Mbit/s (min. DSL 16,000). We recommend "Microsoft Edge" or "Google Chrome" as a browser.
Our web applications basically support the last two major versions of the following browsers: "Google Chrome", "Mozilla Firefox", "Microsoft Edge Chromium" and "Safari".
The performance of our web applications is not optimal in some places when using outdated browsers and "Internet Explorer". We want you to always be able to work optimally with our applications and therefore block access to the applications with outdated browsers.
Therefore, if you are using an outdated browser, you will receive the following error message:
Requirements for using the apps on a mobile device
For wireless use on the tablet or smartphone in your workshop, you need WiFi. If you want to use the products via a mobile phone provider, they should provide at least a bandwidth of at least 3G (UMTS/LTE). With smartphones, the functionality can be somewhat limited due to the clarity.
