The label layout customization feature allows you to set a specific label for each part. This is particularly advantageous for cutting companies that need to respond to customer requests. For example, if your customers require labels with individual design, such as their own company logo, this feature allows you to make appropriate adjustments to meet their different needs.
The productionManager The information stored in the "Label Layout" column is automatically transferred to intelliDivide.
To specify which column of the SAW file the information should be transferred to, go to the SAW export settings in intelliDivide.

Here you assign the column position "35" to the label layout in the export and save your settings via "Confirm".

Accordingly, the information is transmitted to the SAW file. This means that the information about the label layout can be evaluated by the saw.

In CADmatic, the PartAddInfo.add file may need to be customized to ensure that the label template is passed.
First, open Windows Explorer on the saw and look for the "AddFileConfigEditor.exe" file.
Launch the exe file, and a dialog box will appear.
In this dialog box, you'll open the PartAddInfo.add file.
In the "Add-File Editor" that now opens, select "PartTemplateName(Special Template for Label)" on the left-hand side.
Then select the field "Additional Info 22" in the field "Section Profi(t) Field Assignment Part" in the right-hand menu area. This corresponds to the stored field in intelliDivide, which allows the appropriate layout to be retrieved from the SAW file. Don't forget to save your changes at the end.

Note: To be on the safe side, you should make a backup of the PartAddInfo.add file beforehand.
If necessary, you must press the key combination "CTRL + F8" in the basic dialog of the labels. This will take you to the advanced settings. Then select "Yes" under "Consider additional information for template and part assignment".
