The Key Figures view shows you the main utilization rate for each machine per time interval (hour, day, week, month) as well as a speedometer in a column chart.

View Key Figures
The key figure is defined as follows:
Main Utilization Rate = Total Main Usage / Occupancy Time
Occupancy time is the time the machine was on (e.g. 8 out of 24 hours).
The main use in total is the time in which the machines are produced. Set-up times, waiting times, faults and maintenance are not part of the main use.
This metric gives you a good idea of how much time your machine was actually producing – in relation to the time it was supposed to be producing. Ideally, of course, this metric would be 100%. However, since the machine has set-up times as well as process-related waiting times, experience has shown that these are 100% not achieved.
Please note: If the machine is left on even though it is not in use, this will worsen the main utilisation rate, as the proportion of main use in relation to occupancy time (time on) will decrease. If you are not using the machine, press "Control voltage off" on the machine.
In the usage evaluation, you can find out why the machine had less production time (main use).
Speedometer
The speedometer once again summarizes the key figure for the main efficiency for the entire period. So the total peak usage time of the last 8 hours, divided by the sum of the occupancy time of the last 8 hours.
When this key figure is good or bad depends heavily on the machine type, company and product.
Tooltip
By clicking on a data point/bar, you will see the time and value at that time in a tooltip .
