Machine overview

All machines registered in tapio are displayed in the machine overview. You can access machine-specific functions by clicking on the machine and cross-machine features via the menu on the right.

Machine documentation

The app always provides the latest documentation for all machines registered in tapio.

Diagnostic history

The Diagnostic History section provides an overview of all service accesses that have taken place in the past.

Spare parts history

In the Spare Parts History section, all orders are listed, including details. You can filter by machine number or time period to identify details that have already been ordered and, if necessary, reorder directly via the "eShop" button .

Maintenance Overview

In the maintenance overview, you will receive an overview of all maintenance of your tapio-connected machines and can display the details per machine including the maintenance instructions.

Suggested solutions

With the serviceAssist app, we offer our customers the opportunity to help themselves and thus the possibility of preventing or resolving machine malfunctions themselves in many cases. As soon as serviceAssist detects unusual changes to the machine or a malfunction occurs, it searches for solutions.  If a solution is found, it is displayed in the app with information on the execution time and probability of success. To do this, the app draws on a large pool of experience and information.
