You can easily create a new optimization using the Add Optimization button.

Adding an Optimization
First, you assign a job name (1).

Selection of machine and parameter set
Then select the machine (2) and the parameter set (3).
If necessary, the machine you want to use must first be added and configured.
The application remembers the selected machine and the set of parameters. The application automatically selects these settings when creating the next optimization.
In the next step, the part information can be entered. Depending on the selected machine, the procedure differs.
With intelliDivide Cutting, part information on a saw can be entered or imported directly via the editor.
On a CNC machine, intelliDivide Nesting is used to add either CNC programs or parts lists .
Before starting the optimization, the existing disks must now be stored in the disk list .

Start of optimization
The calculation is started by clicking on Optimize .

Progress bar
Depending on the number of parts and the complexity, the optimization result is available after a few seconds or minutes.
