You can enter the data in the parts list in a similar way to Excel.
Editing the Parts List
There are many useful functionalities integrated so that you don't spend more time than necessary on the inputs.
For example, you can select the grain (1) from a list.
Some columns (e.g. Material) support auto-complete. Type (2) Simply type one or more letters and/or numbers of the label and the selection will be narrowed down accordingly.
In the event of missing or incorrect information, appropriate information (3) + (4) is displayed.
Tip: If you press the Tab key in a cell, the contents will be copied from the cell above it.
Inserting data using CTRL+C/CTRL+V
Often, the data is already available in an Excel spreadsheet. If you set up the Excel table to match the structure of the lists in the parts and plates areas, you can select and copy the data to be imported into intelliDivide in the table (Ctrl+C) and paste it into the application as a whole. To do this, click on the index of the row from which the data is to be inserted and then click Paste (Ctrl+V). Alternatively, import can be used.
Of course, you can also enter individual data into intelliDivide via copy & paste.
Tip: By the way, the opposite way also works. Select the rows whose values you want to export. With CTRL+C , the data is transferred to the clipboard.
