Options available after batch creation
Overview of the lots in the lot management
The batch formation option supports you in the organization and formation of your production batches. You get an overview of your orders to be planned and can summarize them clearly and based on key figures into lots and transfer them to a cutting optimization (e.g. intelliDivide) or simply export the cut list.
Cross-order production batches can reduce material consumption by combining orders based on key figures (e.g. the same materials).
At the same time, you can directly see the impact of the formed batch on your production for the most important areas (splitting, edge banding, CNC, laminating, assembly and shipping) based on relevant key figures.
The result is reduced material consumption while increasing productivity.

If you have an existing productionManager subscription, you can easily add this option. If you don't have a productionManager subscription yet, the option is available in the tapio shop as an additional paid add-on.
The price is €75/month (monthly subscription) or €750/year (annual subscription).
