intelliDivide Cutting, materialManager
In the materialManager, you have the option of creating material groups for the use of stress clearances in the "Optimization" area.
Material groups can be formed based on material properties.

For each material group, it can be specified whether and with which parameters stress clearances are to be used.

There are different types of tension clearances to choose from. If a type is not supported by a machine, intelliDivide automatically uses the "Simple Stress Clearance" standard for it.

In the Stress Clearances column on the Plates tab, the material group is displayed for each material.

The stress clearances inserted in the cutting plan are marked in yellow.
Material-Dependent Optimization Parameters for Stress Relief Cuts
From now on, parameters for stress clearances can be stored in the materialManager in the "Optimization" area , analogous to residues, for example, depending on the material. For this purpose, the materials are grouped according to their properties.
This classification makes it possible to determine whether and which parameters should be applied for stress relief sections, depending on the material properties. This usually depends on the material and coating category, and possibly the manufacturer of the panels.
The availability of the function depends on the intelliDivide license. It is included in intelliDivide Cutting Advanced/Premium.
The usability of the different types of tension clearance depends on the machine selected in intelliDivide for optimization. If a certain type is not supported, intelliDivide falls back to the standard type "Simple Stress Clearance".
It is not necessary to activate the function in intelliDivide.
