If you use materialAssist in conjunction with intelliDivide and productionAssist Cutting, the plates needed for the cutting plans will appear as reserved in materialAssist.
If there are no reservations or there are enough disks available, the following dialog appears:

If the number of disks to be swapped exceeds the number of available disks, an orange warning is issued. Click on the reservation to view the affected reservations. It is still possible to remove the plates.
Warning in case of insufficient residual quantity
If a remainder is to be retrieved that has already been planned for a cutting plan in productionAssist Cutting , the following error message appears. Outsourcing is not possible, as this remainder is absolutely necessary for the processing of the cutting plan.
