Preliminary Considerations
Please perform the following steps once before you start using the hand scrap management:
Define the number and sizes of the shelves (see also Tips and Tricks)
Suitable for the existing and emerging remnant sizes
Matching the material
Matching the amount of hand remnants
Label the compartments on the shelf with the compartment numbers (recommended)
Setting up the hand rest shelf in the software
To set up the hand scrap rack once on the "CADmatic" saw controller, you must be logged in as an administrator (i.e. if necessary, carry out a user change).
The handscrap management runs via installed "woodStore components", so please open the woodStore application in the powerTouch menu to set it up.

Switch the user to administrator mode (1) and open the woodStore application (2).
After starting woodStore, a predefined scrap shelf appears, which you can then easily adapt to your existing scrap shelf.
Click on Stock Setup (or F3) on the standard toolbar, then the Warehouse Setup edit window appears.

Initial view with menu bar (1), the standard function bar (2) and the template of a scrap shelf (3).
Set up the software-side image of your physical scrap shelf in the editing window.

Processing window for setting up the scrap shelf.
Here you will find the storage location designation (1) [name change creates a new warehouse!], size specification of the entire hand scrap storage (2), definition of the individual compartments (3) and the graphical representation of the storage structure (4). Please confirm the adjustments by clicking OK (5).
Please note the following when adding/deleting/resizing the shelf compartments:
"Number" defines the number of equally sized compartments next to each other
A semicolon (;) in the column "Height" is used to create compartments on top of each other
Posting Existing Leftovers
The following steps are necessary for posting existing leftovers to the software-side image of the hand rest rack:
Open the put-away dialog
Size, number, grain and if necessary. Entering Material Code
Make or assign subject selection
Label and put on the shelf
You can find the put-away dialog under Extras for the Assistant Graphic on the Saw.
You now need the material codes, if available, because each remainder must be assigned a material code when entering. Either a list of codes is available or the codes are taken from the label of the rebound to be stored. After entering the size, number (package) and grain, either a tray can be automatically assigned by the warehouse or a tray can be selected yourself. For each remnant, a label is printed on which the newly assigned compartment is written. Stick the label on top of the rest and then place it in this compartment.
When choosing the storage compartment, only those compartments are displayed in which the rest will fit due to its size.
After clicking on the Save Boards button, the data of the board is transferred to the woodStore hand scrap management and the compartment in which the rest is to be stored is displayed.
In addition, a label is printed out, which must be glued to the edge of the remaining part. So you can read the information when the rest is on the shelf.

To call up the put-away dialog from the assistant graphic.
How to store your panels: Enter the information for the material code (1) (select an existing code or add a new one), generate a leftover code (2) (always start with "X"!), enter the dimensions of the remainder (3), if necessary. the number of equal remainders (4) and, if applicable, the grain (5).

Processing window for storing the plates.
After you have entered the information for the remainder, activate the storage to the rest shelf (6), select the storage location (7) and confirm (8).
