New solution: Lowest total cost
intelliDivide now makes it even easier for you: You no longer have to compare the solutions in intelliDivide to save money. From now on, the solution with the lowest total cost will automatically appear at the top of your results list.
The background:
So far, intelliDivide has mostly recommended the balanced solution – a mix of little waste and good handling.
But since you can now store your machine hourly rates , profitability now also counts for the recommendation.
What's new:
intelliDivide calculates the total costs (material costs + machine time) for each variant.
The winner comes first: The solution with the lowest total cost is automatically marked as a recommended solution and appears as the first solution in the results list.
Transparency: You can see at first glance that, for example, a solution with a little more waste can still be cheaper if it is produced much faster.
What if no costs are stored?
If no material prices or machine hourly rates are available for optimization, the familiar logic automatically applies: In this case, as usual, the balanced solution comes first as a recommendation.

Maintain your hourly rates in the machine settings so that intelliDivide can immediately suggest the most cost-effective production method for you!
