You know the situation: you have a cutting plan that makes perfect use of the material, but the machine runs much longer. Is the material saving really worth the extra machine time? So far, the answer has often been just a gut feeling.
The solution:
From now on, you can make this decision directly in intelliDivide. In the machine parameters , you can now store an imputed hourly rate for your machine. Based on this value, intelliDivide determines the production costs for the estimated time and adds them to the material costs.

The overall view: You can immediately see the total cost of each manufacturing alternative.
Better decisions: See at a glance whether the "Low waste" result, including working time and machine running time, is actually cheaper than the "Low production time" result.
Full flexibility: You decide what goes into the invoice. Do you only want to consider energy costs (electricity, compressed air)? Or do you calculate with the full machine hourly rate, including employees and depreciation? You are in control of the calculation.
