In the job details, you will find the "Cutting Plans" and the "Production List".
At the top of the app's view, you can find important data about the open job in the overview:
Job Name
Number of parts
Number of plates required
Status
Choosing a pruning plan
Under the tab "Cutting Plans", the plans to be edited are displayed graphically.
Information about the plate is displayed for each sheet. If the data has been stored in the materialManager , the décor is also displayed.
You can narrow down the displayed plans using filters, for example according to the material used and the processing status.
This is particularly interesting if the panels are in a picking system defined by your supplier, which you want/have to follow.

Overview of the cutting plans
If you manage your material inventory with materialAssist Boards, cutting plans of a panel type are marked with a warning triangle (1) as soon as there are not enough panels for this production order in the warehouse.
The available number and the required number (2) of the plates are shown in brackets after the plate code.

Warning if there are not enough plates.
To start editing, select a plan. You can deviate from the order suggested by the intelliDivide optimization software.
Choosing a Slab / Rests
First, you choose which plate or remnant you want to use for the cutting plan. The available plates or leftovers are displayed with the respective storage locations and the available quantity (1).
If you want to use a plate that has not been registered in materialAssist, select the Material Not Booked option (2).
You can then start either directly with the cutting of the parts (3) or with the cutting of the strips (4). If a panel or a remnant has been selected, it is posted as removed in the materialAssist Board when cutting starts.

Select a panel/remnant from the materialAssist board before starting strip or part cutting.
Cutting the strips
Especially with complex cutting plans that contain many parts, it is often easier to start cutting the strips first.

Start of strip cutting after selecting the plate.
The productionAssist Cutting guides you through the necessary steps. The dimensions relevant to the strips (1) and the necessary cuts (2) are displayed. The first strip is automatically selected. If you want to start with a different strip, you can easily adjust the selection with a click.

After cutting, a label for the strip can be printed by clicking on "Label & Confirm". This way you will clearly recognize the strip later. All necessary information, especially the name of the strip (#A, #B, ...), is included. Using the unique QR code printed on it, you can call up the cutting plan belonging to the strip in the cutting plan overview with a Bluetooth scanner or the tablet camera.

Stripes that have already been cropped are shown in gray.

You can also proceed without printing a label. To do this, simply click on "Confirm". This variant is recommended for distinctive or even the last stripe, which can be easily identified even without a label.

After all strips have been cut, the cutting of the parts can begin.
Note: You can start directly into the part cutting at any time, e.g. if the plan is very simple or contains only a few strips and components.

For each part, the name of the strip is displayed in the detail view.

Display the strip information for each part.
In the cutting plan overview, a scan of the QR code on a strip label with a tablet or a Bluetooth scanner can be used to navigate directly to the corresponding cutting plan. The first part of the scanned strip is marked.

Cutting of the parts
At the top of the cutting plan view, you will find the most important data for editing in the overview:
Number of parts

Size of the plate
Cutting width of the saw blade
Processing status

Interactive cutting plan
The parts in the cutting plan are marked in different colors:
Grey: Parts that have already been sawn
Light blue: Part that the app suggests as the next part to be sawn
Dark blue: All parts that still need to be sawn
Dark grey: Unusable leftovers
The individual cutting plans are interactive. The next part to be created is automatically marked in light blue on the cutting plan. If you want to cut another part next, you can simply click on it to select it and change the order. In general, the currently selected part is displayed on the right side of the view – including the most important information. Click on the part again for more detailed information.
If you have sawn a part, simply confirm this step by clicking on the Label / Confirm & Continue button.

Label with the most important information in part
This will automatically print the label for the part you have just created and mark the next part to be produced in the cutting plan.
Alternatively, you can also confirm the completion of the marked part by clicking on the Confirm & Next button without printing out a label.

Interactive cutting plan
After cutting the last part of the plan, the next plan is automatically displayed after confirmation. Once all plans have been cropped, the order overview is automatically switched to the order overview to continue with the selection of the next order .
As an alternative to the plan view, a cut list is also available.

In this, the labels for all parts can be printed out at once and completion confirmed.
