First steps

The productionAssist Feedback is a component of the digital order folder, the productionManager.

In the following video, we would like to show you what the interaction between the productionManager and the production assistant productionAssist Feedback looks like. To generate the order data, we use the SmartWOP design software in our example. Have fun watching!

With productionAssist Feedback, you can set up feedback workstations for your production. In a confirmation workstation, the components, assemblies, and articles that are to be processed are displayed. A confirmation workstation is included in the productionManager basic version. Additional workstations can optionally be licensed and configured .

The app is available for installation in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store .

Alternatively, productionAssist can be used as a web application in one of the supported browsers . A touch screen and scanner make it easy to use.

Before you register: Please register and purchase your productionManager license .

After clicking on "Login" it starts - just enter your user data and you are ready to start!

After logging in, you can immediately start adding a feedback workstation by clicking Add Workstation .

Your settings (e.g. Language of the application or other settings) can be easily adjusted via the menu.

The process at a glance

The first step is in work preparation. Here, a sales order is first created or imported in the digital order folder, the productionManager.
After import , the order can be supplemented with its BOM with missing information.
If the order is to be produced, it is released and the BOM can optionally be sent to intelliDivide or exported , e.g. Schnitt Profi(t) for cutting optimization.
Tip: If you use intelliDivide , you can easily navigate to optimization with a click.
By releasing an order, the order with its articles, assemblies and components, including the associated information such as drawings, is visible in productionAssist Feedback.
In production, the processing and completion notification of the components takes place in the productionAssist Feedback feedback workstations.
The completion messages from the confirmation workstations are processed in the productionManager and visualized as order progress.
The production progress of an order is displayed in real time in the order progress .
