In the order details, you will find the "Nesting Plans" and the "Production List".
At the top of the app's view, you can find important data about the open job in the overview:
Job Name
Number of parts
Number of plates required
Status
Choosing a nesting plan
Under the "Nesting Plans" tab, the plans to be edited are graphically displayed.
Information about the plate is displayed for each sheet. If the data has been stored in the materialManager , the décor is also displayed.

Overview of nesting plans
You can narrow down the displayed plans using filters, for example according to the material used and the processing status.
This is particularly interesting if the panels are in a picking system defined by your supplier, which you want/have to follow.
If you manage your material inventory with materialAssist Boards, cutting plans of a panel type are marked with a warning triangle (1) as soon as there are not enough panels for this production order in the warehouse.
The available and the required number (2) of the plates are shown in brackets after the plate code.

To start editing, select a plan. You can deviate from the order suggested by the intelliDivide optimization software.
Choosing a Slab / Rests
First, you choose which plate or remnant you want to use for the cutting plan. The available plates or leftovers are displayed with the respective storage locations and the available quantity.

Selection of a panel from the materialAssist boards
If you want to use a plate that has not been registered in materialAssist, select the Material not posted option .
You can then start labeling.
If a panel or a remnant has been selected, it is posted as removed in the materialAssist Board when cutting starts.
Labeling
With productionAssist Nesting, you have two options for printing the labels:
1. Print all the labels of a nesting plan at once.
2. Print part by part. To do this, click on the component that is to be labeled in the interactive nesting plan.

Print all labels of a sheet

Select the workpiece in the nest and print the individual label

Overview of already labeled components in the nest
The productionAssist guides you through the necessary steps. All labeled and/or confirmed workpieces in the nest are shown in light gray. The status of the job changes to "started".
For easy assignment from the label to the component, the components in the nest are numbered consecutively. The same number is printed on the label.
