Make your production more efficient and optimize your cutting using the nesting process.

In conjunction with the intelliDivide optimisation software , productionAssist Nesting optimises your process and enables you to...

  • ... Saving material by optimising nesting plans

  • ... Label printing for the identification of machined parts

  • ... the use of production data beyond cutting.

With intelliDivide , you can create your optimized nesting plans, which you then import into the productionAssist Nesting app at the click of a mouse.

The productionAssist Nesting app then shows you the optimised nesting plans in the workshop. They choose a plan and decide whether they want to print all the labels at once or prefer to print them part by part. After printing, the app marks the corresponding task as completed. The label contains all relevant information for the unique identification of each part (e.g. Order name, information about the component and edging or a QR code for further CNC machining).
