Every part has its place – with our assistant for sorting components.
Our sorting assistant, together with the productionManager app, supports you in sorting your components in the workshop. This means that you always have an overview of which furniture parts have already been finished and are complete for assembly, packaging or further processing.

In order to be able to make optimal use of the productionAssist Sorting (and the productionManager), use a sorting shelf in addition to the apps.
The process at a glance
In work preparation, you first create an order in productionManager – or you import it. Once the order has been released, processing begins.
During the production of your furniture, you have all the necessary information for each component available in your digital order folder and maintain an overview of the status of all your orders.
Already during cutting, each workpiece receives an individual label for identification. After processing, the finished parts can be sorted into the rack. To do this, scan the label on the workpiece and the app suggests a shelf compartment for storage. Parts can be assigned manually in the app or by scanning the compartment barcode, e.g. with a scanner glove, and then sort all the finished parts onto the shelf. The app displays the sorted parts per item and compartment. An LED display on the shelf supports sorting and removal.
If all parts of a piece of furniture are complete, the app gives feedback that the order is complete. At the same time, you can display the missing parts for each order in the app at any time. As soon as you want to remove the parts of the order from the shelf, the app and the LEDs on the shelf will show you in which shelf compartments the corresponding parts are located. Now it's time to remove and assemble!

You can simply call up the digital order folder in your browser with the URL https://productionmanager.homag.cloud/ . You need an active license to log in.
The first step is to import or create an order in work preparation. Once the order has been released, processing can begin.
productionAssist Sorting
Download the productionAssist app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store . After starting, you will find the app in the workplace overview. The prerequisite for this is an active license.
Start with the configuration, and once it's complete, you can switch to putting an order away with one click and start right away.
