Efficient transfer of optimization solutions for machines without tapio connectivity

intelliDivide Cutting, intelliDivide Nesting

In den Einstellungen zu den Maschinenparametern in intelliDivide legen Sie den HOMAG File Agent als Typ für den Datentransfer fest.

In the settings for the machine parameters in intelliDivide, you specify the HOMAG File Agent as the type for data transfer.

Im HOMAG File Agent wählen Sie die Aktion „Optimierung an Maschine übertragen“ aus. Zusätzlich legen Sie die Zielmaschine und das gewünschte Verzeichnis für die Optimierungsergebnisse fest.

In the HOMAG File Agent, select the "Transfer Optimization to Machine" action. In addition, you specify the target machine and the desired directory for the optimization results.

In intelliDivide senden Sie die Optimierungsergebnisse einfach an den HOMAG File Agent. Dieser übernimmt anschließend automatisch die Übertragung in das korrekte Verzeichnis auf Ihrer Maschine.

In intelliDivide, you simply send the optimization results to the HOMAG File Agent. This will then automatically transfer the data to the correct directory on your machine.

To make it easier to use optimization results from intelliDivide on machines without a tapio connection, you can now transfer them directly to the appropriate directory on your machine. After sending an optimization solution from intelliDivide, the HOMAG File Agent takes care of the automatic transfer to the correct directory – there is no need to manually download, move and, if necessary, unzip the files completely. This makes your workflows much more efficient and simple.

This feature is available for both intelliDivide Cutting and intelliDivide Nesting. For a detailed description of the necessary settings, see the Using the Results section.

Note:

Direct transmission is still available for machines connected to tapio.
