Do you want to coat components yourself and your CAD/CAM system does not automatically output these additional covering components in the parts list?
You can have intelliDivide perform the calculation of the coatings automatically. There are only two things to consider:
Activate the Topping at the top and Topping columns at the bottom of the parts list in intelliDivide. Now select the material code for the topping at the top and the topping at the bottom in these fields, analogous to the material code of the board material. Optionally, the field for the grain direction of the coverings can also be used, for example, to block off the carrier material.
In the optimization parameters, you will find the Coatings tab. Here the addition of floor coverings to the cutting list must now be activated. In addition, you can specify the allowance for the pads and activate the allowance for the blank and specify the allowance here as well.
Specify the material for the pad at the top and pad at the bottom of the bill of materials.

Calculation of the cutting plans for the board material and for the laminates.
In addition to the parts list, intelliDivide then displays the cut list that is used for optimization. In it you will find the coverings calculated for the carrier plate including their dimensions. Finally, the optimization can now be started.
NOTE: Cutting templates can also be used in conjunction with the laminate calculation. Cutting templates are created for both component types - carrier board and decking. It should be noted that if the grain is selected in the template, the carrier plate must have a grain in addition to the coverings.
