On this page, we show you the removal of materials using the example of an edge band coil. The procedure for Boards is identical.
The "inventory in storage" view (or "Remove" for panels) gives you an overview of the stored materials and their most important information. The materials in this list are available for withdrawal.

Overview of the stock that is ready for withdrawal
First, select the Material from the list or scan to extract it.
Scanning the material with a connected Bluetooth scanner
If you already know where the material to be retrieved is, the quickest and easiest method is to take it directly from the warehouse.
Once you've removed a material, simply scan its label with a Bluetooth scanner. This opens the "Manual Offload" dialog.

Scan the label
Here you will see all relevant information about the material and the Storage space again.
In the case of materials that have been stored as "stacks" or "stock goods", there is also the option of removing individual materials, a partial quantity or the entire package.

Dialog for materials to be removed for stacked and stored goods
You can also remove edge bands completely from the stock after removal by activating the check mark at the bottom left. In this case, the material is no longer kept in the inventory and can no longer be stored. This option is useful if the material to be removed is completely consumed. Please note that this deletion process cannot be undone.
If an LED strip is assigned to the storage location, the compartment in which the material is located glows light blue.

Deleting Edge Tape Material from Inventory After Retrieving
By default, panels are automatically deleted from the inventory after removal. The special feature is that they can be stored again within 30 days of removal by scanning the label.
Click on "Label & Confirm" if you want to print a new label for the material to be retrieved.

Swapping Dialog for Plates
Confirm the withdrawal by clicking on the "Confirm" button or by scanning the storage location.
By clicking on "Scan next edge band" (1) or by scanning another material, the previous removal is confirmed and the next edge tape is removed.
If you have accidentally removed a material, you can "Undo Removal" (2).

Retrieve the next material or take back the withdrawal
Scanning the material ensures that the correct material has been taken. In the event of an error, a corresponding message is displayed. After confirmation or after 60 seconds, the confirmation dialog will close automatically.
Scanning the material with the tablet
Alternatively, you can also remove a material by scanning it with the tablet. To do this, click on the "Extract" button to open the scan window. As soon as you have scanned the label of the desired material, you will also be taken to the "Manual retrieval" dialog. The process is then identical to the removal of a material with a Bluetooth scanner.

Direct removal of a material via scan
Select a material from the list
To select a material from the list, you can use the search and filter functions, which allow you to select e.g. specifically search for a specific edge tape roll. You can add the desired filters via the table settings.
To remove a material, click on the retrieval button in the corresponding row of the desired material. The dialog for manual removal will then open here as well.
