Overview

The list view gives you an overview of your material inventory.

For plates, you have the option of displaying the number (1), reservations (2) and the available plates (3). You can also use this view to show whether the minimum stock has been undercut (4 ).

You can adjust the corresponding columns via the table configuration .

In the case of edge bands, the number (1) of all rolls, the total length (2) and information about whether the minimum stock level has been undercut (3) are displayed for each type.

Stock and minimum stock

In the detail view of a material type, you can find further information in the "Inventory" tab, such as the work and storage location or the creation date.

You can also customize the columns in this view via the table configuration .

Click on the "Edit" button to open the "Edit Panel Type" or "Edit Edge Tape Type" dialog box.

In the "Materials Management" tab, you have the option of defining a minimum stock level for the material type. As soon as this is not reached, a warning appears in the line of the relevant material type.

For plates, you will also find the options for optimization with intelliDivide in this dialog.

To filter the material overview by materials with a minimum stock level, first add the corresponding column. To do this, open the table settings (1), click on "+ Add column" (2) and then select the option "Below the minimum stock" (3).

In the "Filter" tab, add the column "Minimum stock below". Finally, confirm your changes to save them.

Now the new filter appears in your overview and you can filter specifically for materials that have fallen below the minimum stock level.

If, for example, you want to check for the next material order for which material type (here using the example of panels) has fallen below the minimum stock, you can display this information by applying the appropriate filters on the overview page.

In addition, you have the option of exporting the material types separately whose minimum stock level has been undercut.

Reservations 

In the detail view of a plate type, under the "Reservations" tab, you will find all reservations that have been created for it in productionAssist. If a production order is started with this panel type in productionAssist, the corresponding reservation is removed and the inventory is automatically reduced by the required materials in the materialManager.

Note: Reservations can be removed manually by deleting the corresponding order in productionAssist Cutting.

Availability

The "Available" column gives you an overview of the number of a material that is available in the warehouse and not reserved by existing production orders. This as-built information is used, among other things, by the intelliDivide cutting optimization system.
